HOW DID IT WORK?
A number of 40 rare & beautiful ‘old-style’ Christmas songs was selected on my Youtube channel with 10 new songs added.
Additionally, the songs were also introduced on the radio show ‘The Doo Wop Corner’ in South Australia in the 3 weeks before Christmas. The number of watches for all 40 video clips was recorded (25 November and 15 December 2023).

The final placing was derived from the number of watches.
Listeners of the radio show ‘The Doo Wop Corner’ were also able to vote and received extra watches. The higher the number of watches, the higher the placing of the song/s.

Since 2010 The Doo Wop Corner is running the 'old-style' Christmas Chart voting.

HOW IT WORKED:
20 songs were introduced on the radio show 'The Doo Wop Corner' from 3 December to 19 December 2021.

Everyone was welcome to vote and was able to nominate up to 3 songs in order of preference via email (thedoowopcorner@internode.on.net), SMS (0478 29 49 69) or on Facebook (Carmen thedoowopcorner).
Any equal placings were resolved in counting the watches for all 20 Youtube clips.
